Music won't play or download offline

My music won't play it just stays there at 00.00 time and it won't download offline either the offline symbol just stays grey

Hey @skinnymon9, definitely not cool! Are you playing over mobile data or wifi? Are you able to try one or the other and see if there is any difference?

If that doesn't work, you may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Also for future references I tried both and both had the same result, wouldn't play. The thing that did solve it for me was uninstalling it 6 times and reinstalling it 6 times.
