Music won't play

Hi guys, so I've got premium and have downloaded certain artists and playlists so they're available offline. One artist's albums won't play - The Cat Empire. Their newest album plays and the previous ones are visible, but when I select a song it won't play it. I also have all of these in my personal library. My app is up to date and I've tried restarting it as well as resetting my phone. (Which is also up to the latest iOS)

To start, can you let us know exactly what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using?

Also, can you send us the link to the album that's not playing correctly? From a PC, just tap the three dots next to the "Save" button > Copy Album Link.
