My PC wont sync my offline songs to my iPhone no matter how much i try to sync it.

My Question or Issue

so, i've added a couple new songs to my already 14 hour offline music playlist, and no matter what i try to get the two to sync, they just wont. i've tried everything, i tell ya. i've tried the forcespotifysync app on pc, i've tried going into offline mode for a few hours then going back and turning it into online, i just cant figure out how to fix it. i'm thinking it might be something with iOS 13.4 but i dont think so, because i think i have synced some songs on 13.4 before. either way can someone help me out here, any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!
