I have subscribed to Spotify Premium and it still isn't giving me access to the service on my iPad. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again.

I have just subscribed to Spotify Premium and it is not working on wither my desktop app or my phone.
I have done the full clean installation step, and tried disconnecting my facebook account.
Nothing works.
Can you at least post a message ackowledging the problem, and let us know you are working on it.
Not a great experience.

Hi Im having the same issue but with the unlimited account, I upgraded but still cant play songs they had been greyed out as i had played them 5 times, i thought upgrading removed that cap?? help

Same problem here but with Unlimited. I've used the contact form. I hope this is resolved soon as I need it for tonight (this is why I purchased Unlimited anyway..). Otherwise I'm getting a refund.

reves: great...5 hour? I've contacted them too...so that means that I'll have to play my records tonight instead of clicking on play and enjoy the playlist I spent 5 HOURS compiling yesterday.
btw there's no way of getting a refund manually by, say, canceling your subscription, but I'm sure we can get one via the contact form..
I bought unlimited 12 hours ago and not activating! This is cheap, i want my money back since you cant deliver. useless service
