My account skips songs randomly and then plays a song I’ve never heard from an unknown playlist

It’s been a week since my account has been skipping songs and then played one from a playlist I’be never heard or liked. Also my account has added some playlist I’ve never heard to liked ones. 
don’t know what to do, please help me!

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? 

If that doesn't help, let me know what iOS version you're on for your iPhone 11.
