My downloaded playlist gets stuck loading almost every time I try scrolling to the bottom

When ever I try to scroll to the bottom of my playlist that is 100% downloaded, it gets stuck on the little circle loading icon and just sits there and never actually loads it. It's never done this until recently and it's extremely annoying because I can't get to the music on my playlist

Same issue, it does it in different spots but it's always seems to be in one of 4 locations while scrolling. My playlist has 1300+ songs on it if that narrows down when the issue can occur ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
