My local files won't download to my iphone

Ok so for the past few days I've been trying to download these local files I have on my computer but they won't download. Sometimes it works but now it isn't. I have tried multiple things and none of them work! This is very annoying and if I can't download these I might have to end my subsciption.

I see that you are on Wi-Fi, so that should cover you within settings. Have you tried logging out and back in? Untoggling the circle for "offline" and again?

@kbrooksc Should I log out of both my computer an iphone or just one? Also I have toggled the ofline switch (multiple times.)
