My login failed

I logged in with my CORRECT info and then a picture showed up saying: "Login Failed: You can only use Spotify 14 days abroad" but I'm not abroad and I'm still in the same place I've always been?

Hi @AnissaRose824, welcome to the community!

 

I can see in the screeshot that you're using a VPN. This makes the app "think" you're in some other country. 

 

Just turn it off and you'll be able to log in again 🙂
