My offline mode won't sync the songs

Hi everyone so I have had spotify premium for nearly a year now. On one of my playlists I accidently slid back the bar at the top so it was not available offline. Thinking this was easy to solve I switched it back to available offline mode thinking that all my songs would download again. But they won't. The little grey arrow on the left just stays grey and won't download at all! I have tried the edit button to see if you can download them manually (you can't) I have reinstalled the app, tried turning the wifi on and off checked how much memory my phone has left (3gb) and NOTHING has worked! It's so irritating and because I deleted the app and reinstalled it all my other playlists are now not available offline either! I have the latest version of spotify and an iPhone 5c. If anyone has any ideas it will be a great help Thankyou 🙂
