My phone app no longer even gives me the option to save

I noticed a few months ago that Spotify no longer even gives me the option to save songs to my library. The plus sign doesn’t show up, and when I click more options it only gives me the option to save it to a playlist. I have unlimited data so it hasn’t been a huge issue for me, but I wish I didn’t have to search for the songs each time I want to listen to them. Yeah I know I could make a playlist, but I would rather push the tiny green plus sign then go through the extra work to add it to a playlist. It will let me download full albums, but I would like to be able to download singles too! Help me!

You can save the song to your Library by selecting the heart that appears to the right of the song title in the second image you attached.
