My playlists have been deleted

My playlists have been deleted

I need help getting my songs and playlists back. I recently reactivated Spotify to Spotify Premium and the songs disappeared. I tried logging in and out again because I read that I could have 2 profiles. I used both my user name and e-mail but spotify still shows up as "Spotify Free." Also my playlists are still missing. Any help would be much appretiated.

If you could answer the questions below we can get a better idea of what's happening here and help.

Note: Don't try to use an alternate account. Please answer this questions as if you were normally logging into Spotify.

 

1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username?

2. Do you see any of your playlists in the account?

3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?

1. I used my Spotify username. However I have logged out and tried using my email too, it comes up with the same account, but no music.

2. I see no other playlist.

A screenshot of what you see when you login would be great help @GroovyCorey.

With it, I'll be able to tell what you should do to fix the issue.
