My premium account doesn't work on iphone 5!!

My premium account doesn't work on iphone 5!!

I just purchased premium for my account, but it doesn't work on my iphone. It says i still need to purchase premium to listen to streaming. What is the problem?

Please uninstall and reinstall the iOS app 🙂

Yes i'm the same on my iphone, i paid for the servise but yet it says i need to pay for it! I have uninstalled the app and readded it twice but no joy, help here?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

There is a dedicated topic for this issue over on the accounts section. Have a read at this post for some help steps, and it you still having issues post there too. 

 

Have you tried removing the application, fully restarting your device and then installing again?
