My premium account is not activating

My premium account is not activating

I just purchases 6 months of premium. I received a receipt, but when I log onto the app on my phone it won't allow me to listen. It suggests I purchase premium. But I already have it.

Ok!  The problem was that the code had been redeemed as Unlimited.  I have cancelled the Unlimited code and put a Premium code on as replacement.  If you log out and then log back in, you should see the Premium service.
