Hello,
I have spotify premium account. I had it installed it on my iphone And I had enabled "Offline" mode for some playlists. And all of them were taking a lot of space, so I disabled the "offline" mode for those playlists. And in the settings I was able to see that SPotify still takes all that space even though these playlists are not offline.
I read on this forum to delete the app and re-install the app so that I get back the space. And after I installed it back and logged it, it is not identifying me as a premium user.
Let me know abou tthe issues
Thank you
Are you sure you are logging in using the correct details and your account is still on premium on your online overview?

Dear Peter,
I am sure that I am logging into my account correctly. I can see all the playlists that I had created previously on that account. The Spotify on my macbook pro is acting without any issues. It is showing premium account on top. But on my iphone, when i go to a playlist (that i created a few days back) , and click on a song, i am getting a message that this is available for only premium users.
I suppose this should be easy. Now am getting frustrated.
thank you
