My premium won't work when I'm offline

I just bought premium and when my phone is offline it doesn't work and I am also still getting commercials. I tried logging out and back in and I also re downloaded the app but nothing has worked. Help!

Hello! Go ahead and look over this thread and give everything a try, even if you've already done it. Sometimes things magically work the second time around. Once you've done all that and you're still not seeing Premium show up on your account, you're going to want to get in touch with support. If you get an automated message back from them telling you to visit these forums, make sure you reply back to it, even if it comes from a no-reply address.
