My spotify premium

My spotify premium

Missed a payment on spotify premium so I was downgraded to free. However, even after paying to renew premium, my spotify still shows that I am using a free subscription. Already tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Please help so I'm not wasting my kindy

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows your paid Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 
If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through.
 
You can login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription here:
