NO songs showing up on my "library" playlist.

I created a "library" playlist on my desktop that contains all my songs on the library playlist that is created from my library collection group(also containing starred and local files).  When I go to that playlist on my IPhone it contains zero tracks.  I have done multiple resets as well as restarting the app and loging in and out of my username.
