Name on car radio

Hi, mi first post here.

Thanks to everybody can help me...

I've Spotify Premium and Premium Deezer too.

My iPhone is connected to a car radio via dock (Keenwood iP500).

so I can fast forward skip pause and recharge my iPhone.

The question is:

On Deezer appears the name of all songs/Artist 

on Spotify only the name of the first song/Artist (skipping new song still freeze the same name forever)

Any ideas?
