Couldn't be.. Here's a screeshot I just took from my Mac, everything is working well and fine.
You might want to contact a Spotify Advisor to ask them to do a simple reset to your account: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?_ga=1.245689740.960391241.14041406...
