New User Experience - TERRIBLE!

After 3 chat sessions, I finally figured out what's happening with my wife's user interface.  And it's even worse than I thought - it's going to propogate to all of us at some point soon!

The "new user experience" is horrible.  If I want to play John Mayer, all songs I have favorited, I have to go to artists, follow each one individually, but wait, I can't see the songs I've saved.  It's like I've searched on John Mayer.

Not a problem they say - just go to the favorites playlist, and type "John Mayer" to filter the list.  REALLY?

If they don't fix this, I'll move our whole family to Apple Music.  Come on guys...
