New iPhone doesn't allow a family member to sign into their Premium account

I am the owner of a Family Premium account. One of my household members, James Bertucci, recently got a new phone but it doesn't allow them to sign in to their own Spotify account, rather it forces them to sign into my account.

Can you please send a screenshot of the error message you see when you attempt to log in? Please do hide any sensitive info when posting to the community 🙂
