New phone won't load premium account

Hey guys,

I've just got a new phone and have had a premium account for ages however when I log on it won't connect to my full premium account. I have my account on my laptop and have tried connecting my phone to my laptop but it still won't sync. Could someone please explain to me what I need to do. Thank you kindly!

What exactly happens when you try to log in? 

 

If it says invalid username/password, try logging in with your username only instead your username@email.com

Thank you so much for replying.
I've logged in using both my username & email. It logs me in fine except theres just no music there & it doesn't register me as a premium account it just thinks its a free one I think

 

Have you checked your account overview to see if you find the reason of this behaviour?

It says premium & gives my next payment date for it
