New tab of "Downloaded music on device" on my music section...

I have lot of albums saved on my music. And some of them are downloaded to be played offline. It is a pain to scroll up and down to search a downloaded album, so a new tab such as "Downloaded music on device" to see just downloaded music would be very useful and saves time.
