On my iPad, there is no album name of the track in my playlists. On the iPhone and the PC client there is.

Annoying when I want to start a specific album in a playlist with just one artist.

Yes, currently this is one downside of the iPad app.

A new iPad design is coming, so hopefully this will be fixed in the new version coming within the next few months.
