No filter/sort option for playlists

My Question or Issue

I don't have the 'filter', 'sort' or 'find' option for any of my playlists - when I tap the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the playlist, no option to sort, filter or find a song appears in the drop down menu. I don't understand what's going on, all my friends' spotify accounts have this feature, and it's incredibly annoying!

That menu is found if you swipe down and not on the … dots.

Also, could you try updating to iOS 12.4.1?
