No more downloads?

Hi, 

Hope anyone can help me.. 

I use Spotify premium on my iPhone 7. The last few weeks Spotify doesn't allow any more downloads as it says I have the maximum of downloads possible. But if I delete some music it's the same, it seems like the 'free space' can't be used or anything?

Now I tried deleting the app and install it again. so now I have absolutely no downloaded tracks but I can download only those albums I had downloaded before, nothing 'new'. Spotify keeps on telling me I should delete some music,but there is none? It says my library is full, but it isn't as I could download old stuff? 

Anyone any idea? 😞

While about Your Library is full please read this FAQ. You can save up to 10 000 songs on your library or any playlist you create. There is a limit for how many songs you can download too, which is up to 3333 songs for 3 devices.
