No my music option on my iPod touch.

Hi can anyone shed any light on the problem I'm having. I have been using my iPhone to listen to spotify, but I'm having to stop using that as for some reason even in offline mode my allowance has doubled, so I'm gone use my iPod instead. So installed spotify on iPod but I don't have a my music option. I have one on my iPhone my iPad but not on my iPod. Does anyone know why. I love spotify but I just can't afford to use my iPhone 6 as even though it's offline I doubt it is as I am using double my allowance. I really appreciate any help.
