No offline listening on Premium on iPhone

My Question or Issue

I have Spotify Premium and although I'm not getting ads, the offline listening feature doesn't work on my phone. I can see the little icons next to the downloaded songs but when I turn off the wifi and try to play them, nothing happens. As soon as I turn the wifi back on, it starts playing. Also works fine on PC.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

Neither restarting nor reinstalling helped. The device is an iPhone 6 running iOS 12.

Does this happen with all songs you try to listen offline? Can you also send me a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to listen offline?
