No option to change playlist cover image? iOS

I read that you should be able to change the image for a playlist even on mobile. I go to the playlist, hit the three dots, hit edit, and there’s no option to change the image. Just the name of the playlist and the songs on it. I’m on iOS, I’ve made sure the app is updated, closed and opened it a bunch, and I’ve tried restarting. Am I doing something wrong?

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?
