No sé reflejo el pago en mi aplicación, solo en el portal web

Pague mi cuenta con tarjeta del Oxxo ayer por la tarde, pero no sé reflejo en la aplicación, aún me aparece que pague por una premium, pero ya la pague.
Si se cobro la tarjeta ya que me aparece error cuando trato de corregir

Keep in mind that the official language in the Community is English, the replies will be posted in this language. We appreciate your understanding.

 

If the payment was made with a gift card and it was redeemed successfully, it's possible that the payment was made on a different account by mistake. Since we don't have access to users accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check your individual account and help you further.
