No track info via bluetooth in car

I have an iphone 8 with the latest update. I've just swicthed from apple music to Spotify. Previously I was able to view all my playlists, songs, albums, track and artist info etc on the interactive screen on my car dashboard, all over bluetooth without having to plug the phone in via usb cable. Now it just displays "No BT audio: No track list".

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this to work, so I can change playlist/albums via my car without having to get my phone out (which i can't do when driving!)

Hi Geanie84 and welcome to the Spotify community! 🙂
Since all car manufacturer's and their infotainment systems vary, Spotify might behave differently than Apple music depending on the integration that is supported.
There's a car FAQ here that might help you out depending on what your make/model is.
