Not able to login to app on Iphone 7plus

I just recently upgraded to the iphone 7plus, however when I go to login to my spotify app it won't let me even click on the "login" button. Has anyone else had this issue, or know of a way to fix this? Thanks!

Hello, did you tried to reinstall the spotify app?

You can also tried to login with your e-mail and password (the same you use to login on facebook), it's already work for me.

I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and stil cannot click on the login button. The issue isn't with my username/email it's with the actual app not being able even click on the login. Seems like an issue on Spotify's part that needs to be fixed. I don't really know how else to explain it except I cannot even select the option to login. It's like the user interface is frozen.

Strange, I have also a Iphone 7 plus and no problem.

You can maybe try to make a soft reset of your phone, you'll keep all your data and apps don't worry.

Performing a soft reset on the Iphone 7 is pretty simple

You now need to hold the wake and volume down buttons at the same time. After a few seconds of holding in the buttons, the Apple logo will appear on your iPhone's display, indicating it has restarted, and you should be back in business.

Same issue. With the new iPhone 7 plus it's not possible to click on the login button. Nothing happens when I click on it

Doesn't work with my iPhone 7 plus either--what with that and no headphone jack!

Is there a fix for this yet? I'm having the same problem. Seems like this is all the way back from 2016 and I'm just now having the problem in June of 2017. That's some seriously bad app management.

I’m having the same issue too. Mine was working just fine before I updated it. I can’t click on the login or the create account. The banner moves with all of the advertisements but I get no reaction from the login or create account options.
