Not receiving device email

Not receiving device email

I have spotify premium and a 4th gen ipod touch and I am trying to sign in with a device code. I went to the page to receive my device password and it says the email is sent but I am not receiving the email.

 

Is this not the right page or what is going on?

I hear it can take up to 48 hours for the email to send.

 

It sounds silly, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Post back if you still have not gotten the email after 48 hours.

I still have not received the email. This is frustrating.

I've sent this thread to Spotify employees.

Hi there - Which device did you need the ID for? Currently you're on a free subscription but Premium is needed to use Spotify on offline devices.
