Offline Mode doesn't function

Hey folks,
Recently I have upgraded to Spotify premium especially due to specific search and the offline memorization .. I have an iPhone 4 and because of that not the most actual IOS-version, but the current Spotify update .. Nevertheless, if I tap on the offline mode sidebar it doesn't download for the offline availability .. I logged in and out several times, deinstalled Spotify and have not nearly reached the offline track capacity of 3333 songs or so .. Has someone solutions?

Additionally I have tried out several wifi-networks and had enough batterie-balance on my mobile phone ..

Hello!
Check if your device has enough storage.

Spotify needs a minimum free storage, so if the memory is almost full, it doesn't download music for Offline listening.

If you have few available storage try deleting apps and stuff you don't need
