Offline Songs Unplayable

Hi! 

So... i bought a Spotify card, and I upgraded my account to premium. 

But I would like to know why some songs in my playlists can't be downloaded? Someones have green arrows, other ones have gray arrows and other ones doesn't have any arrow at all

What's with that? What does the arrow mean?

Green arrows mean the song has been downloaded and it can be played offline.

The grey arrow means it has not ben downaloded yet.

If you are having trouble getting all the songs to download, make sure you have enough free storage space on your device.
