Offline download NOT working

I have deleted and reinstalled app several time to iphone and I can't get the playlists to download for offline use. Sometimes one playlist does and then te others just stay that grey arrow but never advance - REALLY annoying and I am about ready to delete my two premium accounts!!

How much free space does your iPhone have? Depending on how much you're syncing, we'd recommend at least 1GB+. Also make sure you're not syncing more than 3,333 tracks (per device).

Hi, 

I am about to unsubscribe to Spotify.  I have sent numerous emails and tweets and no response.  

My Android (samsung s3)  will not allow me to play offline or even download.  It will appear to download a couple of songs, then it switches itself off and i can only play the song for a couple of minutes then it stops.  Very frustrating indeed.  

If I do not hear within 24 hours i will be unsubscribing and looking at alternative means. I have been a premium customer for a very long time.
