Offline mode not working

So I got premium spotify and for some reason it will not download all my songs I want it to on offline mode! I need help! Please tell me what to do

Hi! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

To download songs to your device check the following:

1. Do you have enough free space on your device (1GB or more empty at all times)

2. Are you on a working unrestricted WiFi connection (syncing over 2G/3G/4G is turned off by default, you can override this in settings but this will potentially use a lot of data)

3. Keep the app open and the screen on, if the screen goes dark or the app is in the background the offline syncing process will stop.

When syncing a lot of songs this can take a long time.
