Offline not working

I am trialing Spotify for the 1 week free subscription. I have added songs to a playlist but Spotify wont let me play them offline. It comes up with a window saying something about the premium subscription.

What does the window say exactly?

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
