Offline playlists unavailable on iPhone 4S

I have been using Spotify offline playlists for about a year, since I have a premium account. But about 10 minutes ago, when I try to access those playlists, none of them were available off-line aside for two of my most recent additions (not the two most recent, but two of the last 4-5). The playlists are still available offline on my computer, though.

I have rebooted the iPhone, I have logged out and logged back in, I have closed the app and reopened it. No dice. 4S, unlocked.
