Offline playlists will not sync to iPhone 4

Hi

Please can you help me, I have been trying for about 2 weeks now to sync my playlists I want made available offline, it has gotten to a point and will not sync anymore. This is not because I have reached 3,333 tracks or am on a 4th device. I pay for premium so I don't expect it to just stop and not do anymore when I am paying for a service. Have tried on wifi and on 3G and neither will allow me to sync any further. Please can you advise me.

Hi, have you tried uninstalling and then installing the app?

Will I not have to
Start from scratch syncing if I do that though? Want to
Avoid that as much as possible!! As have a lot of tracks!! Thanks for your reply!
