Omni s2 no longer connects

In the last few days the Omni s2 no longer appears on Spotify connect on any of 3 iOS devices I have (2 phones and a tablet).

 

Tablet is on an older iOS version. 

 

The Polk app connects.  

 

I’ve tried deleting and installing Spotify app, restarting the phone and speaker.  Omni is at latest firmware.

Can you try restarting your router to see if that makes a difference for you?

 

We'd also recommend giving this a try on a different network, for example you can start a hotspot of your phone and use that network.

 

Lastly, we just want to double check if you have the possibility to ask a friend or a family member to log in on your device and give this a shot.

Just to double-check, when you synced up the songs were both of your devices connected to the same network?

- Yes.

Can you try restarting your router to see if that makes a difference for you?

- Tried twice with no change.

- Background: the Polk Omni was working fine with Spotify until recently. The Omni is connected to the same network and is accessible through the play-fi app where I can play music from my device.

- The Omni does not show up in Spotify connect from any of my devices- iPhone 11, new SE, iPad or the web player on a Mac Pro.

I have also restarted the Omni, and the phone.

I have tried deleting the Spotify app two ways:
delete, restart, install and
offload, delete, restart, reload.

The Omni is up to date.

The phones are up to date.
