Paid but I'm not premium?

Paid but I'm not premium?

I had premium for a while and really enjoyed it, but then I was in an accident, so I stoped premium... I tried to start it again and it said I couldn't, I checked my bank account and it still charged me for it even tho I'm not on premium... I've tried logging out and even contacting Spotify but nothing seems to work

What did Spotify's Support Team say? They usually reply to all requests within 48 hours.

They said, "

successfully sign up for the Student Discount. No worries, we'll be glad to
help you out.

To help you get started, if you’re currently enrolled at a U.S. accredited
higher education institution, such as a college or university, you can register
for the Student Discount today ." but
thats what the whole thing is over

Just to be sure, did the payment go through successfully? It’s worth checking, as the payment may just be showing as Pending if they were unable to take payment.

 

Also, did you get an email/receipt after payment?

 

I would however recommend reaching back out to Support if possible, and trying to explain things a little more. They’re the best team to help as they can take a look at your account and exactly what’s happening.
