Paid for premium and not working

Paid for premium and not working

I have a subscription to Spotify premium and a few weeks ago had to cancel my card that the payment was linked to. Today my month subscription ended and I realised I needed to update my card details so I did and I re-subscribed. The money was taken out of my account however I received no email receipt and the app is still stuck on the free version. I can produce proof of purchase but what can I do.

It is best to contact Spotify via https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/

There you can contact Spotify and receive a case number. They will probably ask you for proof.

 

Go to subscription -> Paid for premium but still on free.

Please also check if your payment isn't bounced back.
