Paid for premium through iTunes on my iPhone and my account still says free

Hi I just paid for my account yesterday and my account still say free. I've tried logging out and reinstalling the app but nothing worked. Please help! I pay on my iPhone through my iTunes account, it usually works but it's not working this time.

Hey @xjaniee,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are currently disabled so you won't be able to purchase Spotify Premium through iTunes. I recommend subscribing to Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium

I did the same thing as xjaniee but iTunes already took my money and said I have a subscription. Can I get my money back considering I paid 12.99 for nothing.
