Paying customer STILL cant Login... STILL!

I'm so sick of this paying for a service and can't login! I would consider this stealing. I'm going to report this to the better business bureau if this is not fixed.

I'm a software architect and I know its VERY easy to design or fix authentication/logins to work smoothly. Ridiculous I've seen posts of this going on for YEARS (almost 5 that I can tell). This simply shows that Spotify does not care about their customers as lon as they can bill their cards.

Why is this STILL happening Spotify?
