Payment woes

So my subscription ran out 4 days ago and I put money into my account today but I don't know how to renew it. Is it automatically taken out?

Hi Bdom!

If Spotify failed to take the payment on the date it was due (4 days ago), your account will of been downgraded and that's that.

So all you need to do is re-activate your premium subscription, and you'll be jamming in no time 🙂

Hey thanks for that, I went through the Apple ID way to renew it and it
charged my account, and I checked with the bank and money was taken out but
it came up with this page. The dates are the same and it's one month from
now. What do you reckon?

I'm a little unsure or what you mean?
Were you billed twice (once through Apple and another through your bank account)?
