Phone 5 only some songs working

Hoping someone can help...

I find that on some of my playlists on my phone that not all the songs will play when offline. The majority of the playlist will but about 5% wont. When im online there is no issue, and all the songs have been synced to play offline, they just dont. 

I also find that 2 of my songs dont appear on my phone playlist but are clearly there on my computer. looking a little deeper into this one I get the message that its because I own the song? and it then tells me to sync it offline, but I already have?

Any ideas...

Hey Catherine 🙂 

If you have local files in that playlist you might need to sync those to your device using the steps here by connecting your phone and your comptuer to the same WiFI network.
