Playback issues

Description

Whenever I use spotify online, such as the radio, (not my "offline" playlists), it pauses between every song for an undetermined amount of time, sometimes five minutes or pauses during the song. 

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1.  I tried hitting play/pause/play pause

2. Deleting the app and redownloading

3.Deleting the app, restarting iphone, then re downloading the app

4.restarting the app

5. turning off gapless playback

6. changing the playback quality

What I expected to happen

I expected it to work properly and stop pausing. 

What actually happened

It continued to pause between songs

I dont think screenshots would solve this issue. 

****I have a Premium account and have only used the radio a few times because this issue is so frustrating. This should NOT be happening with a Premium account and if this issue cannot be resolved, I will cancel my account because there is no point in paying for something that doesnt work***
