Playing downloaded music cuts off if offline

My Question or Issue

I have a playlist with downloaded music that I play offline when out running or walking but after about 1 hour it stops and can't get any volume and the green download signs have disappeared and the playlist is almost invisible. Is there a time limit to how long I can play songs offline or what could cause this problem?

No there shouldn’t be a limit of how long you can listen offline at one period. Let’s try these steps.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.
