Playing song not on playlist

My Question or Issue

I have Spotify premium and all of the sudden it no longer plays my playlists. I’ll put it on just like I used to with free Spotify and it starts playing songs not on my playlist. I hit shuffle play and it plays one songs from my playlist. Then all the sudden it plays another random song. Super annoying! I’m about to cancel my subscription because it keeps doing this. Any solutions???

Sorry to hear you are having some trouble. There are a couple things I can suggest and hope they will resolve it.
1. Try a clean reinstall of the app.

2. Check and see if "Autoplay" is on in your Playback settings. If so, try disabling it and see if that discontinues the songs you don't recognize.
